Western Union

One of my worst experiences in colombiaIt just takes an eternity to do anythingAnd they don't follow their own schedule, closing hours before they were supposed to close

I came in to process an international money order at this location and a man named Andreas assisted me. He was not able to help me because I didn't have my passport because my passport was stolen but my US state ID which was transcribed in the transaction as a method of identification did not work. I also had a picture of my passport but he still did not accept it. All of this which I understand is fine and I understand.. but the manner & tone in which he communicated to me was unacceptable. He was not only disrespectful, rude, and condescending - but he had a nasty and belittling tone. This is completely unprofessional & unacceptable ... and I recommend disciplinary action against him. For someone who represents their company to dismiss customers using their service in a dire time of need is just pathetic. This will be the one and only few times I ever use Western Union ever again.

Ni siquiera pongan horario, porque cierran temprano y ni atienden. Llega uno y dicen que cierran a las 05:30PM. No pierdan su tiempo, son un montón de trabajadores que no suman ni cinco de empatía entre todos.
