Muy mala agencia de viajes, los precios que tienen establecidos no son de acuerdos a las actividades a realizar, los toures qué te muestran para generar marketing y llamar la atención es todo lo contrario a lo que se realiza, aparte le faltan mucho el respeto al turista, se libran de responsabilidades (se lavan las manos) pidiendo perdón. No recomiendo a ninguna familia o/u pareja a realizar toures o temas de turismo con esta empresa, quesaran muy insatisfechos.Very bad travel agency, the prices they have established are not according to the activities to be carried out, the tours that they show you to generate marketing and attract attention is the opposite of what is done, apart from they are very disrespectful to the tourist, they get rid of responsibilities (they wash their hands) asking for forgiveness. I do not recommend any family or/or couple to do tours or tourism issues with this company, they will be very dissatisfied.

Malísimo el trato con los turistas . No cumplen con el tiempo de las excursiones contratadas , te venden y te cobran una excursión hermosa pero al llegar lo que menos les importa es el bienestar del turista . Obviamente que al reclamar se lavan las manos diciendo que el tour fue realizado

This is a ripoff agency. We are very disappointed!PLEASE AVOID it !!After having spent a day in a very crowded beach in Baru’ we bought another tour to the playa Tranquila hoping to have a better day on the beach and it was even worst than our first one!!They promised us a spacious and tranquile place with various services included, from Baru’ playa Blanca beach a boat took us approximately one Km down towards the right hand side of the island to arrive to a very small and even more crowded beach!! they gave us an undrinkable welcome cocktail, the toilets were super dirty and the negligence of people working in there was unacceptable.After 45 minutes we asked to go back to Cartagena as we did not want to spend the whole day in there, the lady in charge (Patricia) didn’t care and said that they don’t give refund or service back and if we wanted to go we would have had to book a private taxi and pay extra to take us back!This is our third trip to Cartagena and to the Rosario’s islands and with great sadness we are seeing the place getting worst year after year.The local people do not have a clue of what they are doing and do not know how to deal with tourism.The island of Baru’ is now reduced to an open rubbish dump, it is shocking to see such a disrespect for your own land (this is addressed to all the local people living and working in there)!!Avoid - avoid - avoidRosset VargasReceipt 2055
