Bus terminal from/to Santa Marta and other major cities. They have some snack options in the terminal. It's very easy to hop onto a taxi to get to Centro histórico as they are lined up waiting outside. Uber is apparently illegal so if you do manage to get a hold of a driver, they will end up cancelling on you if you ask them to come to the bus terminal (there are traffic police at the station). Just grab a taxi and go.
