Me han citado tres veces para entregarme una cama y un nochero y las tres veces me han quedado mal.Nadie me da una respuesta efectiva.Pesima atención al cliente.

I speak Spanish, but will write this review in English from the perspective of an American living in this wonderful city. I have purchased two chairs and two couches from this outfit and everything has worked out. Quality and delivery was as expected. After a year, I have had no problems.This performance is remarkable because none of the other furniture manufacturers operating in this high-end price point can produce similar quality and service. There is always something wrong, no matter how much you pay. 902 can't do it. Zientte is a complete and overpriced DISASTER. I have also tried my luck with custom made furniture, but there are always problems.There is something to be said for an outfit that has paid attention and worked out the kinks in its operation. Highly recommended. BTW, I suggest going to the Mayorca location (Wendy). The Poblado location is less attentive (I tried to buy a couch there and no one paid attention to me).
