Amazing experience we went with Jenny as a guide and she make us feel safe and had a lot of fun. It was three adults and 2 kids 6 and 8 and they loved the experience and felt super safe.

Realizamos 2 actividades, lo único que mejoraría sería el tiempo, a nosotros nos tocó esperar un poco más de tiempo que otros grupos, pero las experiencias fueron muy buenas y tienen un muy buen personal. Muy profesionales.

Hice rafting con mis hijos de 8, 12 y 14 años. Espectacular! Con todas las medidas de seguridad y un guía súper querido.

We went through aventura total for a paragliding flight in the Chicamocha canyon and there was quite a few negative points to be raised. In chronological order:- the bus that picked us up at the hotel was extremely uncomfortable. The seats are barely tied to the floor of the bus which means that they lean front at every break and they lean back (and crushes the knees of the passengers behind) at every acceleration. Beyond comfort this can potentially be dangerous in case of an accident.- the agency practiced overbooking without doing the necessary planning around it, which means that we were about 50 people arriving at the same time at the paragliding spot for about 5-7 guides. All of us had to wait for our turn, standing in the burning hot sun - no seat, no shadow, no water - for up to 3 hours before it was our turn. We did not understand why we were picked early from the hotel if it meant waiting all morning in those conditions. The waiting time unfortunately outweighed the fun of the flight itself. To top it all, because of this overbooking, one person of our group eventually could not go because he was the last person in line after 3h of waiting and by then the weather conditions were too bad to go (it is known that the flights are only in the morning). The agency did not apologise to him for the long waiting time they only blamed it on changing weather conditions.- again because of the long waiting time the last people to fly had a pretty windy and rough flight. My boyfriend for instance had a bad landing as the protection for the butt was flown away by the wind at the last second, meaning he had to land really hard on his butt from quite a height, resulting in a bruised coccyx. He can now barely sit. He was also not proposed the accrobatics (the best part of the flight) because by then the weather conditions were too bad and they had to come back.We fully understand that weather conditions can be changing but the agency has a responsibility in knowingly accepting over 50 clients in 1 morning for just a few guides, without any proper planning to make it pleasant for the clientele. A shame they should privilege quantity of clients over the quality of the experience they give them.

Muy mal servicio, mal de Logistica, desatentos con el turista, solo les interesa el abono que se le hizo, impuntuales. Solo se salva que el recorrido es muy bueno y los guías son atentos, el señor que nos llevó nos iba a dejar solos en el sitio del embarque, luego de que bajamos al guía del carro. Finalmente consiguió otro guía para nuestro grupo. Sin embargo en recorrido por el rio nada que objetar

Es una de las mejores empresas especializadas en turismo de aventura de San Gil, un excelente grupo de guías, equipos certificados, muy buena atención y sus instalaciones son aptas para cambiarse de ropa después de navegar el Río Fonce. Muy recomendado

Me fue bastante bien, hice parapente en el cañon y canotaje con esta empresa. Si llevas cosas que pueden perderse la empresa tiene casilleros.

A mi me gustó mucho la actividad. Genera miedo pero es la misma adrenalina lo que hace que uno quiera darse la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia como lo es el rafting. Me sentí segura bien atendida. Se nota que son expertos en lo que hacen y tienen calidad humana. Volvería. Gracias
