many things were not in working order, amd there did not appear to be any hurry by mngt. to rectify things. for example, the cable tv was out for around 2 wks before finally being addressed. the sink and stove range were not attached to the counter top, and would shift and move when using them. these were never fixed during my stay. there was also a dangerous gas leak, which supposedly was suspected by the gas co., who then, again, supposedly contacted the owners, but nothing was done about it. a neighbor finally brought someone from the gas co. to check on things. they verified the leak, and turned the gas off. this prevented cooking, etc., and was never repaired before my exit. i asked for some financial consideration because of these issues, but was rebuffed. i strongly recommend to anyone considering 7th heaven, to seek lodging somewhere else.

the apt i rented was in disrepair. things were fixed when brought to their attention, but not always in a timely manner. the cable tv was out for several days during my stay, and a very dangerous gas leak was discovered in the apt., which needed to be turned off. this prevented any ability to use the stove for cooking, and was still not repaired as of my leaving. not all of these issues were the direct fault of 7th heaven, but their level of concern and subsequent contact was less than adequate. no financial consideration in price was given for these problems, even though requested. i recommend avoiding 7th heaven for any rental needs.
