As a resident of Cartagena and an English translator/interpreter in the area, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent services offered by Everything Cartagena. They have truly opened my eyes to some of the wonders in my backyard, offering some unforgettable adventures that I never knew existed.One of the standout experiences was their well-organized canoe tour through the gorgeous mangroves. This excursion allowed me to indulge in fishing and crabbing, immersing myself in the natural beauty of our surroundings. I also interacted with a friendly raccoon and saw a small fish farm. At the end of the tour, we had the pleasure of visiting Donde El Ñato, a delightful beachfront restaurant where I had the opportunity to assist in cooking the crabs we caught. Needless to say, they were absolutely delicious.Another remarkable outing arranged by Everything Cartagena was a visit to the renowned mud volcano tour, Volcán de Totumo. It was a unique and therapeutic experience, immersing oneself in the warm mud and enjoying the distinct ambiance. As part of the tour, we also made a stop at the charming Arena Beach Hotel, where I savored a delightful lunch. The fish soup served there was particularly noteworthy, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds.I cannot overlook the impeccable service provided by Everything Cartagena. They effortlessly organized a yacht rental for a group I was working with, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The entire day was an absolute delight, thanks to their meticulous planning.Furthermore, I found Everything Cartagena's website to be incredibly convenient. The ability to view restaurant menus and make reservations directly from the site is a huge time-saver. I appreciated seeing some of my local favorites like La Vitrola, Anna Restaurante, and Uma Cantina Peruana on their list of what they call the best restaurants in Cartagena.With my next free day approaching, I eagerly look forward to exploring the Vivarium reptile zoo or relaxing at Bora Bora beach club in Las Islas del Rosario, or the Rosario Islands. Without a doubt, I will be relying on Everything Cartagena once again to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. We did two excursions with Everything Cartagena and we’re so glad we found them! The crabbing experience and the mud volcano were absolutely amazing! 100% recommended. The Everything Cartagena team is caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our driver and tour guide John was incredible. Always on time and very friendly. We can’t wait to go back to Cartagena and discover more of the beautiful country alongside Everything Cartagena!!

Rarely can I give such an emphatically positive review of anything. Nearly always, there's somewhat of a shortcoming, but when it comes to both Everything Cartagena and Michael, I have nothing but positivity to express. The very first day we met Michael and he told us about his mission to make sure that people can enjoy the beauty and experience of being in Cartagena without having to worry about scams and unfair pricing, I knew we had found the right guy. He spent hours talking with my friends helping us work through logistical problems we had and finding experiences that were right for our group. On top of that, whenever we needed help, he was always willing to give 100% of his energy and make sure that we were satisfied. The crabbing/fishing experience that he recommended may have been my favorite part of my trip to Colombia. The locals we worked with and translator he provided us, John, were both extremely pleasant and made the experience and absolute 10/10. The boat ride he helped us schedule was also very relaxing and a great way to really feel immaculate vacation vibes.I wish we had met Michael and learned of Everything Cartagena earlier because we definitely would have utilized it from the get go if we had. Perfect service, great experiences, fair prices, pleasant people - what more can you ask for? If you're ever thinking about visiting Cartagena, Colombia, plan it out with Everything Cartagena for sure.

This was an amazing trip. We used John as our translator and Pablo as our guide. It was truly a “locals” experience. We started at 7:30 and was picked up from our hotel. We were taken into the mangroves on a small handmade boat. There we stopped and learned to throw the cast net. We caught the bait for our crab traps and set them. We then went to a small island where there were friendly raccoons and an interesting fish farm. We had a drink and danced. Everyone was super friendly. We retrieved our crab and went to a locals home on the beach to have them cooked. We were even invited in to see how they were prepared. I can’t say enough how great this was. This is not a typical excursion and is built for the adventuring type who wants to immerse themselves.

I booked a few restaurant reservations through the site, and all three of them were phenomenal. Also, we did the reptile zoo excursion as well as the crabbing and net fishing tour. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend Everything Cartagena to anyone visiting Cartagena. AAA+++

Met Michael at the airport, he went above and beyond to help us get reservations to one of the Islands, he suggested we try IslaBela and it did not disappoint! It was beautiful & relaxing and exactly what my husband and I needed! He checked in, made sure everything had met our standards, suggested great restaurant options & made reservations for us. Really took away the whole planning for us & made this an easy vacation for us. Would highly recommend using them while traveling to Cartagena!
