Las habitaciones están lindas, la comida del restaurante muy buena, el desayuno es poco variado, y te cobran todo como adicional, hay un solo ascensor, que está siempre congestionado, el Loby es hiper chico, no hay donde hacer una call tranqui, y el check in es a las 15, con lo cual no hay donde estar cuando llegas antes. Poco serviciales

As hotel they provide excellent service. Honestly 0 issues.However the included breakfast I will draw some issues with - the restaurant staff don’t seem to understand egg orders. When order the Calentado or Eggs and Arepas, my companions and I never received the kind of eggs we requested. Ordering anything from sunny side up to over medium can result anything from sunny side up to over hard.If you order the Benny and actually want to finish the yolks from your poached ends I recommend requesting a spoon as the potatoes don’t really soak up the yolk and you’ll see quite a bit left at the bottom of your bowl. The arepa in the Eggs and Arepa is more of a thick pancake. Honestly the best option is the calentado and hoping they get your eggs right, even when they don’t it’s still delicious.

Amazing hotel with beautiful view and pool. Lovely service at the front desk! Room are pretty nice and totally sound proof! We heard nothing and slept very soundly! Amazing location. Breakfast is o.k. Prices of food at restaurant and bar are a bit expensive for the quality. Overall we would definetly stay here again. Thank you staff!

My first time in Colombia and from this point on its going to be my go to hotel. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk were so sweet and accommodating. Theres breakfast in the morning and the location is great!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first solo international trip and, as a woman, I felt very safe and comfortable. Bonus points to the staff for making me feel cared for. Between Alejandra at breakfast, and the lovely bartender in the Gran Inka bar area, I never felt annoying, rushed, or uncared for. The food at the hotel was delicious. The facilities are amazing, the hotel has a rustic charm but with updated features. The hotel is centrally located as well, so I walked everywhere and didn't need to take a taxi, except to the airport. The rooftop pool was AMAZING and the water was warm and inviting. I will certainly be back!

Location its good but also not so good because of the noise situation, its unbearable!Restaurant its very good but if you go between 10:30 pm and 11pm they will rush you to finish as quick as possible to the point you feel uncomfortable staying.Breakfast its really good but options are limited if you’re staying more than 4 nights.The reason im giving only 2 stars besides the noise its the fact that they charge Colombians that don't reside in Colombia (dual citizenship Colombians) a tax they are NOT supposed to be charging. I presented my American Passport and still got charged almost $200 in taxes. I spoke to the immigration officers at the airport and they told me the hotel was NOT supposed to charge me taxes because I don't live in Colombia. I travel often to Colombia to different cities, 4 to 5 times a year and NEVER have I been charged taxes in any hotel I’ve stayed in.Its very sad that Cartagena its known for overcharging tourists for everything they can and this Hotel was not the exception. Definitely would not stay here again.

No recomiendo el hotel. Demasiado ruido, cambiamos habitación igual mucho ruido. El desayuno no es bufet solo hay dos opciones y sino te gustan el costo es adicional, increíble en un país poblado de frutas y variedad de ellas t ofrezcan pedacitos ínfimos en un pequeño plato. Solo me gustó la ubicación cerca de todo.

Nice intimate hotel and beautiful decorated food excellent rooms were cute with a view. The staff was friendly and the pool was everything refreshing. No complaints from me.
