La verdad es que tuve el privilegio de conocer esta grandiosa agencia de turismo, la súper recomiendo y también todos los tours que manejan, viví la experiencia del tour 5 islas y sin duda alguna quede encantada, manejan excelentes precios y una excelente atención, el tiempo en cada isla fue de 1 hora, no es estresante, al contrario tienes el privilegio de conocer y vivir cada tiempo en las diferentes islas, conocer más de ellas y de su belleza, quede enamorada de la isla mambo beach y el almuerzo estaba súper delicioso, volvería a comprar otro tour con esta agencia , cumple con todas las expectativas.

Excelente experiencia viajar con Cartagena de Verdad, el servicio estuvo a la altura y sin contratiempos. La comida y la estancia en Isla del Sol es espectacular!!!! Muchas gracias por todo, nos vemos pronto

Es una agencia con un buen servicio.

La verdad que en general no nos gustó nada la experiencia. Empezamos muy temprano pero después estuvimos mucho rato parados antes de empezar con miles de vendedores alrededor. Dicen que te recogen en el hotel pero no es en coche, es caminando, que para eso ya podemos ir nosotros solos al punto de encuentro una hora más tarde.Otra de las cosas es que preguntamos específicamente si tendríamos tiempo para relajarnos en alguna playa y nos dijeron que sí, pero vamos, nos dejaron 1 hora en un sitio con mesas dentro del agua hirviendo, alredor de miles de vendedores agobiándonos, con precios abusivos y con olor a gosalina.El guía explicaba fatal la información y ni el snorkel fue algo bonito.Nos sentíamos borregos de un sitio para otro sin poder relajarnos o descansar, horrible. Solo queríamos que acabase...

DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR. TLDR: Extra credit card charges, vomit covered life jacket, broken boatFirst and foremost, we were robbed left and right. We were told that the tour would be a fixed price at the hotel when we booked it, and when we arrived, they had increased it by $12 per person. THEN, they went ahead and made 4 charges on our card, totaling in over $100 more than what we were told the tour would cost.Then, there is the actual tour itself. We were made to stand at the marina for over an hour waiting for the boat, giving all the vendors ample time to advertise their sunscreens, hats, glasses, etc to us. We were picked up from the hotel at 7:30 and did not board the boat until AFTER 10 AM. Over 2 hours LOST. Not to mention that we were on limited time because the tour would have to return by 3.Then we were taken “snorkeling” We were not given, snorkels, only masks, and we were deposited in a very poorly chosen location with no fishes and no coral to see. So boring. Finally, we were taken to our first Island destination. From the beginning we were told only to book services through some random man that had obviously paid our tour guide for the right to our business. So shady. Everything was so expensive, not to mention hideous and dirty. There was no beach to lay on, only a table floating in the middle of the water that we had to leave our stuff on and keep watch of. The next island was more of the same. We were promised beach chairs, but these were in fact just plastic dining room chairs that we had to plant on the sand and sit on, we couldn’t even lay.THEN, on the way back, our boat broke. We spent over an hour stranded, and finally when another boat arrived to help us, they did not board us all onto the boat, but instead towed our boat incredible slowly. It took another 30 minutes to get to the next destination, where we would be eating. We were so hungry at that point, but the food was atrocious, and the drinks were so expensively priced for canned juices that had been very noticeably watered down. Anyways, we had around 20 minutes to eat and were not even able to get in the water because of how much time it had taken us to get our boat fixed. They did not offer to extend the length of the tour, or even a partial refund, and instead made us return to the island at a normal time.There was no transportation provided back to the hotel.Not to mention that the ENTIRE time the music was blasting so annoyingly, and the tour guides were so unhelpful and mean whenever you asked a question.ALSO, they gave me a life jacket that had been vomited on. When I informed them that it smelled like vomit and was still wet, they didnt even apologize. They gave me a new one and mixed the vomited jacket in with the others.EN ESPANOL: ESTE tour es una mierda! me dieron un chaleco que estaba vomitado, se rompio el bote, y nos cobraron varias veces y $100 USD mas sin que nosotros autorizaramos el cargo. Nos piratearon por aduanas (nunca pasamos por aduana, nos escondieron en el bote directo de la marina) la comida estaba PESIMA
