Sixt Rent a Car - Bogota Airport

Muy mal servicio con el tema del retorno del depósito llevo casi tres semanas y aun no me han devuelto el depósito de $500 que le realizaron a mi tarjeta NO LA RECOMIENDOVery bad service with the issue of the return of the deposit. It's been almost three weeks and they still haven't returned the deposit of $500 that they made to my card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Honestly had a great experience. I was weary about renting here because of the reviews but my main recommendation would be to download WhatsApp about a month beforehand since they do get in touch with you to confirm the reservation in this way. I am a Spanish speaker but the people in this office are very nice and will try to help you in any way shape and form. I would also recommend that you do a thorough walk through and point out any damages inside and outside of the car, take this specially serious and take a picture of the form once filled out just to make sure.

Great service, Oscar was really helpful and got things as fast as his environment allowed him. Really easy.

Hicimos una reservación y esperamos en el aeropuerto por más de dos horas y nadie estuvo en el kiosk donde supuestamente se recoge el auto, ninguno de los números deteléfono son contestado.

I’ve rental lots of cars all over the world and I must say the experience at BOG airport was one of the worst. The instructions on how to find them given online are wrong. Then they don’t speak English at all … without a Spanish speaker almost impossible to deal with them. Then they tried to force me to buy their expensive insurance which I declined since I had full coverage through my U.S. Visa card. They claimed nobody had ever declined their insurance so they must in my case charge me a deposit of the full price of the vehicle, roughly 5k USD to my card as depot. The check in process took forever. Almost 1 hour! The vehicle was sub standard , scratched up and dented all around and fairly old with over 60k km on it. The lady we dealt with was however very nice and did everything she could to make things right.

Buena experiencia, me cobraron el día de restricción en Bogotá el bloqueo fue más alto de lo acordado.El auto funcionó bien y en buenas condiciones.Aún no se cumplen los días para la liberación.Espero salga todo bien.La atención de Diana y Óscar muy buena en el dorado Bogotá

Great support and flexibility. Even got my car exchanged (for free) after a couple of days due to a Pico y Placa rule change. They brought the new car to my hotel and picked up the other one. Totally recommend them!

La experiencia en general fue muy buena y el trato fue muy amable. La Estrella menos es debido a que deben invertir en empleados adicionales que agilicen el proceso en general. Un solo empleado que se encargue de hacer el proceso y además entregar los vehículos va muy forzado y retrasa el proceso.

This company is the worst, reserved online got to the little kiosk, waited like 45 minutes only to be told by the employee that he would go get the car from the previous customer and never returned, we waited an hour and 15 minutes. Will contact Apple Pay about the charge they took for reserving.

El servicio que me dio Oscar (no tengo su apellido) de SIXT fue excelente, me dio toda la información que necesitaba en el momento de recoger el carro e hizo que el proceso fuera realmente sencillo. El carro estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Recomiendo esta empresa.
