Es hat sich gelohnt, die Reise mit pelecanus zu machen !Frank Spitzer ist auf unsere Tourenwünsche eingegangen und hat uns eine maßgeschneiderte Reise organisiert genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Schon die Planung war gut, wir bekamen viele gute Vorschläge, auf die wir so nie gekommen wären, die Abwicklung war aber noch besser.Frank hat sich auch während der Reise intensiv um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit bei Fragen (es gab nur ganz wenige) erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert. Wir waren 4 Wochen unterwegs, hatten Hotels, Transporte und Führer über pelecanus gebucht – und alles hat perfekt geklappt, ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Dabei hatten wir immer das Gefühl, daß uns sofort geholfen werden würde, sollten einmal Probleme auftreten.Ein Reisebüro vor Ort hat wirklich seine Vorteile gegenüber einer Reiseorganisation aus Deutschland; es ist näher am Geschehen. Das merkt man sowohl bei der Flexibilität in der Planungsphase als auch bei der Begleitung der Reise vor Ort.Gerne wieder !

Wir haben bei Frank eine Kolumbienrundreise im Juni22 gebucht.Die Abstimmung vor Abreise war sehr gut und wir hatten einen detaillierten Reiseplan.Unsere Reise war: Bogota->St Augustin -> Inza ->Popayan ->Salento ->medellin -> Guatape -> Minca -> Cartagena.Wurden von Frank sehr gut beraten. Er stand auch während der Reise immer zu Verfügung und war stets bemüht unsere Reise nach unserern Wünschen anzupassen.Die Guides bei den jeweiligen Orten waren sehr kompetent und haben uns problemlos durch die atemberaubende Landschaft und Städte geführt. Besonders eindrucksvoll war die Führung in Inza wo uns ein Schamane durch die Gräber im Tierradentro Park geführt hat.Werden Pelecanus Travel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.Heidi und Johannes aus Österreich

This summer we had a wonderful journey in Colombia organized by Pelecanus SAS. Together with the travel agency we set up the travel in the Santander region and on the Caribbean coast. We did two hikes, one in Santander region were we experienced the beauty of the nature in the rain forest, the heat and power of the canyons of Suarez and Chicamocha rivers and the coziness of the small villages on the way. The second hike was to the lost city in the Sierra Nevada jungle where we were confronted and challenged by the tropical forest and its life. The travel agency was very attentive to our wishes and proposed the travel which responded to our needs to see Colombia in the way we wanted. It even exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the nature of Colombia, small villages and the people! The guides the travel agency organized (one in Santander region and the other guide during the lost city tour) were very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the regions and its people. At the same time they were very attentive to our wishes and needs and could adapt the journey where it was needed. Für weitere Fragen kontaktierten wir Frank telefonisch. Die Kommunikation war sehr kundenorientiert und zielführend. Wir buchten über Franks Büro einen Tagesausflug nach Guatape. Wie vereinbart, wurden wir in der Unterkunft abgeholt, hatten einen Fahrer und englischsprachigen Guide und erlebten einen großartigen Tag rund um Guatape. Als das thema kolumbienreise bei uns zu hause auf den tisch kam und mein mann ein kolumianisches reusebüro in bedracht zog war ich mehr als skeptisch. Ich hätte lieber bei miller gebucht ließ mich dann aber überzeugen. Die Entscheidung war goldrichtig. Frank spitzer und sein team können wir jedem empfehlen. Working with Frank was one of the best decisions I could have possibly made when travelling in Colombia. He attentively listened to the needs of my business partner and I and was able to put together a trip around Pasto-Narino - Bueseco area where we were shown every single step of the coffee production process, introduced us to some local farmers, and taste-tested many types of coffee. He arranged a driver and tour-guide, hotel stay, and every step of the trip for a worry-free stay! Frank and his team did a great job organizing a three week, luxury tour of Colombia. They managed the details of the trip on a daily basis. For example, when our pre-return Covid testing site in Bogota was overwhelmed with patients, they automatically made alternative arrangements for us that sped up the testing process.
