Choux

He ido varias veces a Choux, y cada visita es un nuevo lugar. La Chef crea todas las semanas tortas y postres nuevos. Es una sorpresa, muy agradable. En Bucaramanga visitas tres veces el mismo lugar y ya lo conoces, el laboratorio de creación que es Choux te ofrece nuevas experiencias en cada oportunidad. Lo recomiendo, mucho.

We went to the twice-monthly brunch offered at Choux. The concept is that there is a buffet available while waiters circulate other “all you can eat” dishes. I think the idea is good, but the execution left something to be desired. The “buffet” portion was very small, and running low on most things when we arrived, but was fine overall. We liked the fresh orange juice!However, the smaller plates left us feeling disappointed. A new dish came out only once every 20 or so minutes, and we spent a lot of time in between waiting. Because you’re also not able to preview or choose what you will be receiving, if you don’t like a particular dish, it you just have to wait 20 more minutes for the next one.The food itself was fine, but 2/3 of the things we tried were cold. There are supposedly 5 dishes in circulation, but after the third we didn’t feel like waiting any longer and left. The decor and location are really great, but I don’t see myself returning again.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Los cafés y capuchinos son de muy baja calidad. Hice un comentario en el Instagram de ellos y su solución fue eliminarlo. Eso deja ver qué tan importantes son sus clientes.
