La comida es muy rica.

La atención estuvo bastante buena, la comida igual con gran variedad de platos . El sabor del claro hecho en leña le da un toque bien bueno, la persona que nos atendió fue bastante flexible con servir y/o preparar un plato vegetariano se aprecia bastante el gesto.

Pedí un almuerzo montañero y lo que llegó fue un arroz con trozos de aguacate (desagradable) un sancocho cuando debía ser frijoles, la carne que me dijeron no llego, la sopa con un olor desagradable y sin aliños. favor más respeto por sus clientes

Excelente servicio

I placed an order through Didi with cash on arrival. When my order arrived I only got 2 out of the 3 meals I ordered. I advised the delivery driver and asked him if I can pay for the food I recieved. He said no I had to pay for the entire order or he had to return it to the restaurant. So naturally I took back my cash which I had already handed over to him and he took back the food he brought. After he left he reported the order as undelivered because he could not locate me which has now resulted in Didi blocking my account due to unpaid funds. After contacting Didi support I was told that I should have taken the order, paid for everything then report that my order was completed. When I enquired as to how I would have been refunded for the food I did not recieve I was told that is their policy and they cannot remove the charge from my account.So disappointed in this overall experience.
