I loved this place! The best thing about this place is the customer service. It is family-owned and they treat you like you're part of it. All the staff was super friendly and always attentive to any questions or concerns. The housekeeper, Luisa, was truly the sweetest! The house is a cozy, updated modern style and was always extremely clean. It is located within a stone's throw of EAFIT university. There's not a huge selection of restaurants nearby, but it is otherwise in a great neighborhood! It is not a party house, which is great because I was looking for a laidback spot. They have great Wi-Fi. As far as hot water (a hot topic at Colombian lodging), I usually had scalding hot water, but if there were a lot of people at a specific time it would be warm, but trust me out of some other places I stayed in the area you are in GREAT hands.

I had a delay in my flight and I managed to make a last minute reservation here, the host was very helpful and kind. The place was cozy, clean, beautiful, and well located. Definitely it was an amazing service and good experience
