DO NOT FORGET to check and keep track of the drinks or food you buy. These people will rob you. I got 6 drinks and got charge $200 not even in the US the tab is that expensive. They brought some random bill and I paid it without realizing I was being ripped off. Also do not have the oysters at cholon. My husband contracted some sort of bacteria that took him out doe the whole trip.

This place is super shady. Charged my card 379 USD (which is basically 1,600,000 Colombian pesos) for food, drinks, and hookah. They’re mad shady.

DO NOT LET YOUR TOUR GUIDE STOP HERE!!! The place is a dump, the charges us 500 usd for 6 fish with plantain and 6 cocktail… a 50 usd charge for using credit card. The place is disgusting him giving it 5 stars so it’s not bumped to the bottom. The water is dirty with trash and the ground has allot of raw and smelling bad trash.

LACRAS!!! We had 6 drinks and a snack and they charged my card for 300USD. I hope my bank can help me get my money back from these thieves! Don’t use your card. They warned us before entering the beach that they are known to do this to all tourists.

Where do I begin… we went two consecutive days to Cholon because we had such a good time there with the boat we had rented and the waiter who was serving us, Freddie. We had brought alcohol on out boat knowing it was a tourist trap so we just orders some food to share and ordered for our captain and skipper as well. The entire order for both days could not have topped $400,000 colombian pesos. In the entire two days, we became friends with Freddie and he became our appointed helper on the boat as well, making sure we had everything we needed and we trusted him. Both days we left our cash at home and had to pay with cards, even though we had been told not to, we trusted Freddie and went ahead and paid for everything without checking twice (Clearly a huge error on our end but we were already drunk and again, trusted Freddie with everything). Two days later we are back home and noticed we got charged a total of $950 US DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!! WE WERE DONE GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE OUT THERE. IT IS VERY DIRTY AND NOT SANITARY AT ALL WE WERE ONLY THERE LITERALLY BECAUSE FREDDIE BECAME OUR FRIEND. But clearly he was just waiting to take all our money away.

This place a tourist trap. Do not stop here. They add items in the bill without even telling you. The water and the environment is very dirty.
