Though for most of our remodel, we were not present in Medellin, Felipe still managed to provide excellent USA style service (meaning communicative and quick to respond and act). Felipe took great care of us - he helped us make design and material decisions and kept us comfortable with regular status reports. As a direct result of Felipe's work, we love our remodeled Poblado penthouse. And by the way, he speaks excellent English. We highly recommend Proper Kid to anyone, and especially to someone who doesn't speak great español.
