Read this before buy a property on this building. I bought this property back on 2016 with the final purpose of invest. I live in NYC so I wanted to had this property available when I decided travel to my city and stay a couple days enjoying my property. Foreign people or Colombians that want to invest in medellin, please don’t get any property here. There’s so many building in better locations which you don’t need to deal with Arbnb “laws”. I loved my place but unfortunately its a good deal if u live in medellin.

The building is nice. The view of the valley is stunning. The porters are very polite and diligent with their jobs.The Jacuzzi has not worked for 10 months. The gym" leaves much to be desired."
