Buyer beware!!! Complete scam organization that will steal and lie to you!!! I went there, talked into a trip, told I could only pay in cash, found out they lied to me about the hotel on this package. The hotel has the worst reviews I’ve ever read in my life. I immediately went back to cancel, only a couple hours. Was told at first you can’t get a refund, then after hours of arguing the woman told my gf and I we would get a refund in the morning of the next day, then a few hours later, then that evening, nothing. The next day nothing, totally playing games. Now after a day and half they are saying sorry “no refund”. Never took one second of that trip, canceled only a couple hours later and they are attempting to steal the money. Terrible place that lies, and steals, do not go to this location. I believe this game is company wide because we called the so called corporate office and they referred us back to this place that stole the money. All I can do I warn any future people that are considering this company. I will do all I can to get the refund we were promised and by law our rights. There’s an article of the law 47 de 1480 that supposedly protects consumers. I’ve never have had such a horrible experience with a company in my life and I’ve traveled most of the world. Be careful out there and stay away from this company!!!!
