I live in the United States and was planning on proposing to my girlfriend while on a vacation in Medellin. I contacted Maylis about doing a surprise photo shoot and she agreed. She suggested the most incredible place and was super helpful in helping me to plan the proposal from a different country.When the day came Maylis took the most incredible photos of our engagement. She even brought a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate with! My fiancé couldn’t have been happier. Hire Maylis if you want to capture the perfect moment perfectly!

This is, by far, one of the best experiences you could do while in Medellin.Maylis took care of every detail from the very start. She was curious about my style, aesthetic, and desires. Arranged several possible dates for us to shoot as well as my make-up artist, Paula. We shot at her flat, which was modern, spacious, well-designed and well-lit. Maylis is a gifted photographer, who worked between 2 cameras seamlessly for the best final results, ensuring she listened to the concepts I had in mind, as well as added creative direction along the way. She edits the final shots for you and provided me well over 100 images to remember. She also listens to any additional edits you may desire and provides those as well. The whole experience was incredibly thoughtful and professional, though also relaxed and comfortable.A wonderful way to spend time in and remember Colombia...

This was such a great experience! Maylis is so great! I feel like she did all the work after our initial discussion. She gave me great tips and directed my poses! I was amazed once I saw the photos! I would love to do another shoot with her. I really appreciated her being flexible with me, I was late due to cellphone issues but Maylis did everything to help me arrive and helped me get a taxi afterwards. More than a great photographer, she’s a great person!
